I agree with this assessment... What impressed me is the simple layout with the design and curvatures adding a artsy flare... I ordered the Business Obsidian Plasmachromic and the Pleasure Matte Fuel with Copper Plasmachromic.... I mean what the Eff is plasmachromic anyway? Shyt, who cares it just sounds cool to say... anothe Jannard word with no true meaning!

i wanted the gloss algae but grey lenses?! didnt want to pony up for a set of lenses right off the bat! what i really wanted was some plasmachromatic lenses. sounds pretty intriguing. im sure thats another way to say "iridium" just like Res+ is like "HDO" but i'm secretly hoping for something like Dillions. a nice dull not so shiny look.

why i ended up with the gloss black with obsidian plasmachromatic haha

I was surprised to see some of the replacement lenses sold out too. I would think people would want to try them out before buying more.

I grabbed a pair of all 3 designs, looking forward to seeing them up close. It’s exciting to think JJ is back in the game!

Not my style, however I think you can see the old school designs in them ... the metal logo is part of the hinge ... the new lens colors : ) .....giga is base 9 and I think that is more wrap than the old stuff....and gig the lens are big too.... so maybe with the giga looking "safe" it has more than meet the eye under the hood...

The new lens colors, base 9 and big lens are all "my style" ....I am all in for a pair of white giga with Glacier lenses..and I would have to wear contacts just to wear them : )

I think it's awesome that he is back and trying to compete against the evil empire!!! I can't wait for more, in fact I am little worried that they all sold out so fast for when the "special" stuff starts coming out I won't be able to get them...

I will say I’m utterly surprised things sold out as fast as they did. It’s almost weird saying I’ll spend BIG money on another brand outside of Oakley but I already have with Costa’s and I kinda like them bc of the glass lenses
