Not sure who offered more than his asking price, but pretty sure that is not allowed once payment is already been made and has been confirmed with the seller. It ties up the person's money for no reason.

Dufuq going on here I new this mofo was a shady snake when I notice there was no response to pms after I knew of a purchase then the first thing he likes after coming back is a joking 1001 offer by another member posted on this thread. The price is $1000 OBO you sent $900 which wasn’t the BO or an agreed upon amount.
