Need Help with Ebay Payment

Hey there fellas, okay so I've encountered a bit of a situation on ebay with regards to payment for an item I bought. Now here's a pair I really really want and my offer is accepted by the seller which is great. Now I request some time to arrange for the funds as I keep buying certain pairs now and then, which the seller allows for. Now I believe that I can manage to make the payment but the issue is that ebay gives me a message saying that I cannot use paypal to which all my cards are linked that are the primary sources of payment in any transaction on ebay and here. It says that In order to complete the purchase, I would have to reside in the same country as the seller. Now I'm a resident of the United Arab Emirates and I've never encountered such a problem before. My set up is simple: I browse ebay and oakleyforum for good deals, have a word with the sellers, if we reach a fine deal, I make the payment as soon as I can, and upon doing so, the items are shipped to my forwarding address in Springfield Gardens NY. From there, they are shipped directly to me where I reside: Its a service I use through Aramex. which has been great so far.

So in short, here's the issue: I'm stuck with an error message that won't allow me to pay this guy because I'm based outside of the United States. Any help that I can get from you guys that will facilitate this transaction would be highly appreciated. Thank You in advance.

Hi again, I tried that but it woulfn't work. Any more suggestions??? Im thinking if there's a trustworthy member here they can pay on my behalf and i can send the money over. Its about $70.
