Oakley Time Tank Titanium Black w/Diamonds 10-222

I have recently acquired this watch, I'm curious about a few things. The person I obtained it from told me that he believed that they were limited to a production run of 100. There is a red foil asset tag on the original white box numbered 0051. Does anyone have any info on this pieces production run? I would think that if it were such a low production run that the watch would have a serial number somewhere.

I have also read that there was some history of this watch being a hybrid of the minute machine or vice versa. I'm really just trying to learn as much as possible about these watches (TT) so any info on that would be greatly appreciated.
