the first number is brazil sizing (38), second one is inches (28).

That's what I assume since for the shirts, it's labeled the same way (P - S = small, G - L = large, XG - XL - Extra large, etc).

That makes more sense. I thought the second number was the length. I'm short wanted a 28 inseam lol
