Older lenses in new Frogskins, fitting

I bought a new Frogskins "Havana". I still had older BNIB lenses at home. I now wanted to install ICE BLUE Polarized Lenses. But unfortunately the shape of the Frogskins seems to have changed. The lenses don't really fit well. I always have a narrow strip on the left or right where the lens doesn't line up with the frame. Is that normal?

No offense, but did you install the lenses backwards left-right right-left?

Are you able to measure the original lenses and your NOS lenses with a caliper?
Or lay the NOS lenses on top of the OG lenses and take a picture?

How old are the Ice lenses? I actually got the same frame to put Ice lenses in but my frame and then replacement frame were both crooked.

I don´t know how old the lenses. I buy them two Years ago in the Oakley Vault Store Wolfsburg.

It is a nice Combo. I call it the "Thomas Crown Frog" or "Steve McQueen Frogskins" Realy classic and cool

My wife wears XS Frogs, I put Prizm Sapphire in her Tortoise pair.

I ended up doing something different, Acid Blue and Matte Rootbeer frame, Prizm Tungsten lenses.
