On that pair I bought new oval icon arms and put them in the old orbital. They were a 2015 model with the square icon arms and inserts are no longer available

Yes and all parts except orbital and lenses interchange with the turbine rotor. In fact I have a bunch of pairs that you can tell have wrong model name on the inside left unobtainium panel. I’ll ad some pics later.

So I recently got a frame for super cheap that has the original icons and was able to fit the new earsocks in them. The oval icon area fills the rectangular gap, but just doesn’t snap in place, so I added a few drops of tire glue (CA/super glue) on either side and I’ve worn them several times without any issues.
