Penny copper plungers

Ive looked everywhere. Has anyone had any luck finding them? I believe they are the culprits to my pennys ear stems being over extended and not as tight on my head. Ive contacted the main x metal tune-up guys on this forum and every one has said they dont have plunger parts.

What's a plunger? I know the penny has a spring and no tshox. I saw th3 spring mechanism on ebay before but i'm not sure if they were fabricated or OEM. Have you checked ebay?

Idk what the correct term is for the part, but other tune up guys have called it that . I think im going to try out these bronze ebay boys and see if they even fit right.
