Prescription X-Metal

Has anyone tried or does anyone have an X-Metal frame they turned into prescription eyeglasses? I feel like it would look best with X-Squared or Mars, I would have to go with Mars since my current eyeglasses are round.. if you have done that I want to see some pics

I wear a O3 frame with progressive lenses all day long. It probably weighs 22g with lenses. The base curve is about 4. Means very flat.
The lenses are 2,5mm thick
I also have a Half Jacket 2.0 with the same prescription. But due to a base curve of 8,75 the lenses are 5mm thick. The Lenses weigh 19g.
Juliet also has a base curve of 8,75 and weigh 39g without lenses.
I can’t imagine wearing a 58g frame all day long.

I don’t know. I thought it could look pretty cool. Yeah sure they’re heavy.. I didn’t really think about that fact.

The coolness factor is undoubtedly a 10/10.

I suppose It doesn’t have to be prescription.. I just want to see an X-Metal with clear lenses

You could get a set Photochromic lenses cut for a Juliet frame.
A possible donor would be Flak 2.0
