Can I use Romeo 1 lenses as donnors for Penny?
Got emeralds and fire..

I tend to believe, what my man @Dan beers is suggesting. I think they'll continue to peel.........their time is at an end.
I had a Fate whose lenses were seemingly ok, apart from some faint

Delamination on the inside of one lens, on the very edge. Then it started to appear on the front of the lens and the rest, as they say, it's history.​

@Chris A Hardaway has informed me of this delamination. And is a master at cutting lenses. He has also taught me that even lenses that are old, with no problems. Has a chance of delaminating after cutting. I so believe him. I've bought old stock vr28 lenses, new in box, and a couple months later they had started coming apart .

Very grateful for all your experiences, yes both lenses are at least 6 years old, I will not do any experiments.. will not waste time..
Just will buy brand new ones for the Oakley Penny...
