RX metal vault replacement foam project

I have been asked to do this a few times but the market for it is so small I didn't think it was worth the cost.
I am looking to make replacement foam for the rx metal vault.
My questions to you guys are what sort of foam do you want in there?
DO you want the same just to hold display lenses?
DO you want a just out in the standard size to hold Juliet?
I think the size is too small to fit 2 Juliet,

Hi guys,
I am in the process to getting some foam made for the RX vaults, there will probable be 3 different types, one for lenses, like the original, one that should take 2 Juliet and one that will take 1 set of Juliet's.
It is taking longer than expected with the whole covid lock down, but i will post again when i get them in.
Yes i also have foam that fits the metal vaults in all 3 sizes and foam that goes in the juliet cardboard boxs.
