Scatter Skull Question

Aloha everyone. I noticed that there are two types of Oakley skulls. Are they both considered Scatter Skulls?

I'm asking this question because I've seen the bottom skull being called a 'profile skull' in a sales post. To me, they're BOTH scatter skulls. And for some reason, I've been buying things with skulls on them lately. Like the hats. And now this. I guess I've been bit, by the skull.

Bought one of these divot repair tools. Was surprised at how big it is.

The top one was the original
Scatter skull I think. But I’m not too sure

I know Oakley japan used the bottom one on a lot of clothes.

I think the bottom one is referred to as the profile skull
