Third score for me this year.
First one was a few months back. Saw a War Wagon suitcase for bid. Last couple I've seen were listed for 750+. Said I'd go as high as $150. Bid then forgot about it. Won for $141. Only thing that I found meh, is the plastic zipper pull tabs are disintegrating, but that's par for the course from that era.

2nd is a pair of Steel Trap shoes in 13. I have two pairs of Tuxedos which are a golf version, now i can wear that sweet sweet buttery I-talian leather with my beater jeans to a bar.

3rd alert was 1 minute after buying Steel Traps. Size 14 Megawatt shoe in unused condition. I can't wait to use the hell out of this shoe. Best work shoes I ever had. Wore a used size 13 for 2.5 years.

Pics when I get the Steel Traps

Had the same thing happened when I picked up 2 war wagons last year. they were in great shape, but each pull tab broke apart with just the slightest manipulation.

Pics or it didn't happen. Jk Can't wait to see them! What will you fill the war wagon with? I have yet to see a pic of one fully loaded.

Holy Fook. The Steel Traps have never been footed. Still have the tissue in there and not one bit of wear on the sole. The shoes are a museum piece, the box not so.

Be careful, they may look and smell new, but some of the older models rubber used could have some deterioration

I'm aware. So far I've been lucky with vintage Oakley shoes. For my Shoe 1s I occasionally add some boot glue when needed, but so far positive experience. Old School NIKE Shox can piss off.
