I have this Staple Sub-Zero I bought and wore only once or twice for photos only. Other than that, it's never been displayed and had spent the rest of its time in a case inside of a box. It's basically new with zero defects or scratches. This came with a box, soft clamshell case, and Staple micro fiber pouch. No paperwork or extra nose piece.
