Straight Jacket (1996) vs. New Straight Jacket (1999) fit

For those of you who have collections that include both of these frames, do the 1996 original Straight Jackets fit significantly tighter than the New Straight Jacket (1999)?

I only own one of each of them, and the Straight Jacket (1996) fits brilliantly, whereas the 1999 New Straight Jacket feels far less secure and looser. With a sample size of only one pair of each, I don't know if this is a result of wear and tear on the samples or if this is a design difference.

My New Straight Jacket's feel loose aswell. Good to know im not the only one with a small head
