For some reason, I don't think I would buy something without a pic, even from someone I have purchased from before...and I would never expect someone to buy something from me without a pic. (Multiple pics, actually)

And please don't forget the most important thing to do... clean up your thread after the sale. Change the title prefix appropriately to "Sold", "Traded", or "Found". If selling multiple items in a single thread, mark which ones are sold, and change the title prefix when everything in that list is gone. And close your thread.
So that no one will bump your thread with unnecessary inquiry.

As a seller myself, and a life-time sponsor, let me say a bit. I appreciate cacatman as usual for the helpful "list". And those dozen points are valid, kudos to those who put it.

I have give a thought about buyer/observer comment on seller's thread, especially attacking other aggressively on the point of high price. I think best it to leave it there, just a shake your head and forget it, or pm someone who might agree with you and vent your frustration.....hahaha (I sure do appreciate people who always say positive thing on my sale threads though).

Give benefit of the doubt that he/she sells an item at a high price, probably due to high cost acquiring it. If it doesn't sell, he/she will only can bump after 48 hours. And enforce the rules (Please Read Before Posting In The X Metal Exchange Section ) will likely result in an agreed ending/closing. But if you personally attacking someone will make the community smaller in the long run, I am concern.


PS: when I join OF about 4 years ago, the trend was pre-sale thing and it was a headache just to want to buy one in the list @@ and I believe with 15 pictures per sale, one item per sale thread is working, pragmatically.
