Unable to screw back the Orbitals on my Penny.

I unfastened the Orbital screws to replace the rubber gaskets. But now I’m I’m unable to screw it back. It just spins around at the mouth of the screw hole.

Is there any specific technique? I’m using the T6 Screwdriver as well. please help me.

I’ve not heard of it before, but do the threads look all okay? The only reasons why it wouldn’t be biting is maybe because the thread has nackered?

I bought it from a reputable EBay seller. It was supposed to be in near Mint condition.
It seems like the screw is not lining up to the entrance of the hole properly.
I’ll try taking pictures

Will it screw down if you remove the rubber gasket? If it does then it's not sttipped and the rubber is just too thick

I got it to work. Seems like the gasket sizes are different indeed.

Guess I should order a spare from Linegear.

With a Mars, you don’t have to mess around with an orbital screw.

You want to tighten that screw good enough, but you don't want the rubber to ooze out all over the place either.... I don't like to use aftermarket orbital rubber for that reason.
