I might be completely wrong, but is it really that big of a difference compared to the Radar Pace that was released in 2016? I had a pair of those and could ask them about pace, change songs, etc. Granted, they didn’t sync with Garmin like these can, but still. I was hoping there would be some sort of augmented reality – a small display like the Varia Vision had, showing current pace and heart rate. That would have made my desire for them skyrocket! But maybe the technology just isn’t there yet. Still, pretty cool that they can record video.

Ok, apparently they do have some sort of visual aid: "The glasses will also be able to light up the status LED in your peripheral vision so that you’ll know at a glance if you’re on target for the metric you set like heart rate or pace without needing to look down or break your momentum."

Have anyone seen photos or videos of the LED lights?

Meta crap aside, the field of view looks terrible for bike use.

Guess they consulted Cav' for this one... He never looked sideways anyway.

Yeah if you take away the meta trash off them I would assume you regain that FOV space on the peripheral space
