First off, gorgeous SD43!

Secondly, I've only ever had to pay retail for mine without having to buy anything else. I think finding a good AD is important. I am not denying that a lot of them play the relationship game but I've found if you come off as genuine to a good AD, they will get you sorted with what you want as long as it's not an unreasonable request.
