Like the header says.

What brand of gloves do you recommend for handling lenses when installing them? I hate having to remove the finger prints and oils no matter how clean I think my hands are after. It would be nice to have a set for when handling lenses during install.

Looking for recommendations?

I don't usually wear gloves when handling lenses or installing them...
Just clean your hands with soap prior to touching the lenses, or use a microfiber bag or cloth between your hands and lens to installing them. I've used both techniques and they work just fine. Besides, the lenses can handle a little bit of fingerprint on them, and a simple lens cleaner and cloth will do the trick. They aren't made of porcelain, they can handle a bit y'know=P

I just use these huge (12”X 12”) Oakley micro clothes and never have any issues with fingerprints

I wish oakley made more options of cleaning cloths but I dont see them regularly anymore

Costa does though... Lux. And theirs are heavier thickness and I like them for handling. I was just thinking of other options...

Typically I'll use these black microfiber cloths I picked up off amazon as means to handle the lens and get it into the frame, they're softer than a bag probably comparable to the black cleaning cloths they use to offer with HDO logo on em. I'll occasionally use halyard purple nitrile gloves because I have a bunch of boxes of them, for trickier frames.

These are a good option if you prefer the oakley style ones that don't have hemmed edges
