Would you buy this skull display for €3,500?

I'd have to travel 500 km to pick it up in person because the seller doesn't want to ship it for fear of it breaking. I think they only made 20 to 25 copies. It works perfectly. It does have rusty parts. How much is this piece worth? Is it worth the trip? How could I pay for it? What would you guys do?
