Buying XX - X metal

Looking for an XX. Preferably with lenses but open to one that’s only the frame with rubbers.

Condition isn’t super important. I’m just trying to replace a pair I used to wear.

X metal
Customized Black
Custom Polished

Its crazy to me, I looked back through this forum to see how many pairs of XXs had sold this year, and for how much. ~24 pairs of XXs sold in 2024 for anywhere between $475 and $700 with an average selling price of $525. (Almost a pair a week!)

BUT in the last month or five weeks, there's only been ONE pair sold - and that seller was looking for $150 more than the highest price any of those other 23 pairs sold for (and over $300 more than the average!)! On top of that, there's been four "BUYING XX" threads in that same amount of time.

Anyhow good luck man. I'd like to find a lightly polished (or Plasma) pair of XX to put a pair of DWP lenses in but it seems the market has suddenly and weirdly dried up or something.

Agreed. I'm looking for a pair too. It's been real slim pickings . Strange, xx's are not usually this scarce

Fashion has played a huge part in the price hike of the vintage pairs.
