$750 Mars on Ebay

I don’t think I would have pulled the trigger if it wasn’t for seeing this thread. I had already been considering the purchase but seeing this thread made me more aware and confident that this was a good deal worth making. I seen other Mars on eBay that were double the price and in much worse condition but with eBay I never know what is a good deal and what’s counterfeit.
Seeing people who know Oakley in this forum talking about the deal was all I needed to feel good about the purchase. But then came the anxiety of losing them because experts obviously are posting and PayPal is screwing with me. But it worked out and I’m grateful to everyone in this forum discussing good deals, I finally feel like I didn’t over pay. I am starting to feel like eBay is only really useful for newer, less knowledgeable Oakley “collectors” if used in conjunction with this Oakley Forum.
Congrats. Please give us an update once you get them.🤙

I was able to snag those bad boys up. Once I seen yesterday that you guys were discussing them it made me more confident that they were a good deal and I should act…fast! Then when I went to purchase them PayPal was giving me grief for the first time ever and I was having issues closing the sale. At that point I started to kinda freak out because I knew they wouldn’t last long with them posted in this forum. But fortunately I was able to fix PayPal and secure the sale. They will be my first pair of Mars and I’m happy I have was able to purchase them.
Thank you kindly for purchasing them…each day they were up the weaker I got. Welcome to MARS as they say.

They are nowhere near as wonderful as you remember them…in fact I cannot see why anyone would “ever” wear them…ever…I mean…EVER! In fact anyone who has one is just better off selling that thang…or let “me” dispose of it for them to save them all the hassle 😉

Hahahaha. Nice try! It was painful parting with them. It really hurt in my soul!

Very nice pair of Mars! Whoever sold them,
I feel like I got a great deal and I really appreciate it. They have a good home and will spend all their time going forward in a display cabinet. That’s because they look horrible on my skinny face. They make my crooked nose look even more crooked, and I didn’t think that was possible. But fortunately I didn’t buy them to wear, I knew they wouldn’t look right on my face before purchasing them. I wanted them for my tinny collection and I think they are a perfect fit for my little nod to Oakley’s late 90’s to early 2000’s. I am very grateful to the members of the forum and the people who created this thread, without experts talking about the deal I don’t think I would have pulled the trigger on the purchase.
Thank you!!
