Hi all, I know I have no dealt with some of you guys here or some of you Guys might not know me. But maybe you can help me out.
I have a deal with @Wewillsee123.
He sent me money on the 22nd of April. I shipped 2 pairs of Frogskins on the 23rd of April. During our deal I told him to expect delays in shipment due to the covid.
According to the tracking, the item left Singapore on the 25th of April.
Today, the “new member” raise a PayPal claim saying that the tracking number doesn’t work, which i explained it clearly works just that because it hasn’t reach the USA leg of the destination, he cannot use USPS tracking. In the meantime, he would have to use Singpost’s tracking page.
Would like someone to explain to him that this is normal and could vouch for me as a member/seller/collector.
