@Numpty @CEC hopefully yours will be different to mine but my order with oakley said contact customer service as well, so I did and they confirmed what I thought, order is basically in the process of being cancelled, looks like they over sold yet again. I’m now grateful that I overpaid (uk taxes and post)with braindead the day before and will still be getting those

I called them earlier, and was told my order was being processed, and they didn't understand why i got the 'contact customer care' status. Hopefully that was true.

Not uncommon with Oakley... I have even placed multiple orders in the past and had the orders shipped in reverse order even though the shipping was all the same option. There is no rhyme to reason with the insanity how Suxallotica does pretty much everything.

Me too, my Plantaris is still ordered and didn't receive any updated news from BD.

Mine says on the way. But can’t see a tracking number and didn’t get any tracking info from BD. Ordered on Thursday. Hope it arrives soon

Just kick back and see how it plays out... there are far less tragedies in shipping than you would think.. Last I checked BD had stock of both items so that is usually a good sign I can relax. I might be wrong about this but I think this is a collaboration that it all ships out of Oakleys warehouse and we all know what a hot mess that shipping dept is. We all usually get ours in the end withe the expected 2-4 members having some sort of issue, usually on the minor end.

I think I will still knock on wood though just to be safe
