I called them earlier, and was told my order was being processed, and they didn't understand why i got the 'contact customer care' status. Hopefully that was true.

Mine has now changed to in process, I’m starting to think the barely English speaking lady I spoke to at customer care didn’t know what she was talking about

If I'm honest, I've seen one or two on feEbay, for less than I paid, by a fair margin. So, not bothered, past caring.....
