If I wanted to treat myself to some Juliet’s to get the X-Metal collection started, would you recommend waiting until I have access to the exchange areas?

I have an offer from eBay seller on a nice pair. I was going to take it to the pricing thread; are people pretty responsive there? Also I was wondering if I can do pricing and legit checks there in one spot?
