Glasses other than oakley?

Been meaning to post these here for awhile. From Thinoptics. Probably the only sunglasses I have to beat out Sliver Fs for pure compactness. Not rough and tumble by any means…but good eye protection for when you forgot you Oakleys. Fits easily and flat in the shoulder zip of my Arc’teryx LEAF shells.

Vintage pair Must De Cartier Santos from c.1983. Elton John wears a strikingly similar pair in his 1983, “I’m Still Standing” music video (his appears to be inlay with diamonds or crystals). Glass lenses are perfect, gold finish is almost perfect. Case is a little worn but not too shabby for the price of a pair of Wayfarers. IIRC, these were the very first pair of shades from Cartier’s optical collection. A truly extraordinary and beautiful piece.

I have a cheap pair I got about 20 years ago that broke within a month. Still have the Neo model but it just feels cheaply . Did not know someone actually made a decent pair. Are they still made?

Maybe here is your best bet, I think it was either this website or the Tom Davies website that I bought mine through, but it looks like it is now gone from the Tom Davies website.
