So I did the survey and got the code and use it for a shirt…. Then I got a separate follow up and I’d an interview for and hour and received a $50 coupon and a 50% off code (the interviewer, not same as this poster, told me the code runs out 12/31 but if I write to him in New Year he will supply a 2025 code when he gets it).

I think it's likely they will manually send the codes once the response has been reviewed, others have received a code I believe.

At work, when the guys over at quant do these types of forms, they will not automatically send codes upon completion in order to stop people botting/farming them - we will see!
