Hi OF,
I have a parcel stuck at Thailand post and they have on hold the parcel due to tax. I have accessed the link below and the only payment method that they allow me to pay is through a Thailand QR code which will require a Thailand bank account. I am not a Thai and as a foreigner has no way to make payment.
I have written to Thailand post which they had ignored me; hence I am writing here if any kind soul from Thailand can help me to pay for the tax which is $2231 THB (about USD $68). I will pay back to you through PayPal with a convenience fee included for you.
