Help Valuing Oakley Software SAMPLE Snowpants - No Comps Found!

I recently picked up what appear to be a rare pair of Oakley Software snow pants from Fall 2006, and I'm trying to get a sense of their rarity and market value.

I've searched extensively but haven't been able to find any sold comps or even matching listings.

Details: •

Season: FA06 (Fall 2006) • Size: Medium

(men's) • Tags: • Grey Oakley size tag • Paper care tag with code: 03-3716-9300 • Smaller internal tag: • FA06 • 42171-IN• 08358•

Long internal

tag marked SAMPLE • "Not to be removed until delivered to the consumer" tag still attached

From what i've gathered, the SAMPLE tag suggests pre-production / showroom, but I'm not sure how that typically affects value in the Oakley archive/techwear space.

If anyone here: • Recognizes this model • Has seen similar Oakley Software samples • Collects Oakley archive pieces and is interested in them!

I'd really appreciate any insight on rarity, history, or realistic valuation. Just looking to learn more before deciding what to do with them, they are like brand new!

Thanks in advance!

Well Oakley went through several vendors back then to make their clothes, unfortunately unless you have a catalog with them in it, there’s no real data base. That being said they don’t hold really and since there’s no high demand for them you should have got them real cheap
