For cycling I would really really really recommend jawbreakers. Best coverage besides Kate for blocking wind and rain.
Your RX is so close that you should be able to work with your optometrist to get it in the Oakley range if Oakley won't make it for jawbreakers... that said I know the lens edging/cutting machine that Oakley uses and there is no reason valid reason why your RX won't work in a jawbreaker.
Part of this is how much you optometrist is will to "deal" with, push and or put up with Oakley/luxottica monopoly.
Twice I have had orders rejected from the website and then follow the exact recommendations of the support staff ( picked a different frame that my RX will fit) to have their recommended orders rejected for the corp/web site directions again ( 4 orders) I wrote a letter to the president of Oakley to no avail.
Also My optometrist called RX support got approval for the purchase frame and lens to have a 5th order rejected ....
also my local Oakley shop said they could make the lens in my RX that is just about the same as yours, when corp/web site said no... but I didn't follow up with them : ) to busy and found a different solution ... that is beyond complicated
Also depending on your country where you live effects the list of frames for that big of an RX... I have bought frames and lens from UK that US Oakley said no
long way of saying you have to want Oakley frames or lens pretty bad... the one down side of the jawbreakers is that you can't get the road prizm lens : ( and that is really the whole point is the road prizm lens are the best ....
