They're 2nd Generation, you realise? 1st Generation had 'Jet Port O Icon' which features a hole in the earstem, as part of the o. So, no nose bridge 0 Icon. Not all 1st Generation Minutes had this, I do believe you got 1st Generation Minutes without the Icon Text.
What gives you the impression these are Fakes?

The way the hinges fit is very sloppy. On a legit Minute it’s super clean without any gap.
