Holbrook Metal Lens removal?

Does anyone know what the screw is that holds these lenses in? I have one that is starting to strip. Didn't know if it's a standard screw?

Probably a 1.3 mm or 1.4 mm diameter screw.
I'm not 100. But I'm 99% sure it's standard and most optometry shops would fix for free to $5.
