How to clean the metal closures of an Oakley backpack? And is it possible to repair the handle?

So I bought an Oakley Icon 3.0 Infinite Hero Edition backpack, the overall condition is quite good and the colors are excellent except for two things, I have noticed that the metal closures have corroded and now have a greenish matte color, my question is, do any of you know how to clean them? I attach images

The second thing is that the handle seems broken and poorly sewn. I have looked at several second-hand backpacks of this generation and it seems that it is a very common problem for the handle to break.

Can it be repaired without affecting the originality?

Stitching prob not. Metal cleaning can be done with general cleaning.
