Life Event

Hello O Family! We are back. From where you ask? Well we just finished a 17 day roadtrip that included some pretty incredible places as well as traveling Route 66!

First off let me relay my test results continue to please my doctors as well as my wife and I. PSA is below .04 and overall my energy level and activity have increased. I continue to pray for everyone who has family enduring their own struggles.

Having said that one of my goals was to give my wife some lasting memories that will provide some confidence that life is worth living despite the hand we have been dealt.

We spent about one week in the Ozarks with 25 friends on a car rally before heading west through several states. In all we covered 15 states, 7088 miles, used $1785 of fuel and had more fun than is legal in most parts of the country. I’ve literally forgotten some of the things we did because we covered so much ground.

I’ll let the pictures tell the rest. Feeling blessed.

Wouuaaa what a journey it must have been 😍. Would have loved to join such ride. Hitting the 66 is one of my dream I just could drive it for less than one mile on my last trip to L.A 🫣. I'm sure you will keep these memorable moments for ever and it must be a wonderful way to heal yourself. Amazing pictures and collection of Camaro!
Were you really been stopped by the patrol cars?😱

Love this..... however I am a little disappointed you were right here and didnt say anything. ;)

Looks like a great time! Great memories!
The second leg of our tour was with folks from Oregon. We hit so many places in such short time it was a blur. So many times we passed through cities where O Family are from. Often in the middle of the night. Felt bad. Definitely going back.

Three times actually. The units at the dam were cool about it. They offered to take pictures.

If you come back to the Ozarks let me know! It's fantastic here.

Why did they stopped you? Just to take pictures?
The first time was two sheriffs in Arkansas. I never saw them and no radar alert. The senior officer called a “drivers meeting” and ordered everyone out of their cars. He said that little “stunt” back there at the gas station is what called their attention. He was referring to the blower whine on our Hellcat! Lol
