Thanks brother. Yes we all continue to age and thoughts of mortality are more prevalent than in my younger years. Part of my goal is to simple. Don’t just dream about places you want to go. Get out and go places you’ve always dreamed about .

Having not posted in a while I do have something important to share. First off I am doing well by any measure. PSA continues to be virtually nonexistent. Blood work good, urinalysis good. Joint pain is much more tolerable and I have regained my former weight. 216lbs much to my surprise.

Recently Atlantic Healthcare offered 3 separate webinars about prostate cancer awareness. The second part of the series is concerning healthy eating habits when diagnosed with cancer, while the third deals with sexual function after developing prostate cancer.

The first webinar was led by none other than my very own doctors. Both of them spoke about risk factors, diagnosis, testing as well as treatment options. I was very happy to see these two men talk about what every man needs to know. That’s actually the title of the presentation.
