Line Miner Pro (Single vs Double Layer Lens Issues)

Hi there. I'm new to the Forum but have been using Oakley products for many years. Does anyone have any real world/ski slope experience with the new Line Miner Pro snow goggles. I ask because the lenses are single layer only vs. previous lenses being double layer (to prevent fogging). I read a couple of experiences where buyers said "don't touch them as they fog like a nightmare". It would be great to hear from anyone on the Forum. Thanks.

I held off on getting the line miner pro after chatting with @HAIRRAZOD a bit in thread where he asked about ID'ing his goggles. He mentioned owning a ton of goggles and working for oakley for about 4 years. He mentioned the new LM Pro might have some bugs that need to be worked out after the release that would be best to hold off till they get those worked out... and I'm glad I took his advice as I've seen over on reddit a number of people have made posts stating the goggle fog up easily, and they can't figure out any way to prevent the fogging from happening.

Perhaps the warranty department could assist you to getting a new lens if yours seems defective?

Many thanks Boost Bear. Most appreciated.

I recently got a new one minor pro with the single lens. The thing I noticed on the first chair at Jay peak is the goggles are not nearly as warm as my double lens flight decks. Similar to a double pain window being warmer than a single pain window. The fogging wasn’t an issue but being cold was. In hindsight, i would definitely sacrifice optics for warmth.
