Just thought I would post a link to some locks that fit the Mega Tower 3.0 bottom door. I recently acquired said Mega Tower, but needed a lock for the bottom door, and a standard 3/4 inch diameter cam lock wouldn't fit in the door. After measuring and converting from decimal to 16ths of an inch, I found the below locks, they fit and work to keep the bottom area secure.
The issue I had getting the standard locks to fit was the 17.5mm/0.69" part of the lock. Most of the locks online are too big of a diameter, this one fit with no issues. It would have been nice if the 47mm part above was a bit shorter, then I could have used the same locks on the main door as well, but as is, this worked for the bottom door. The other nice thing about this style of lock is you can use the key as a handle to open the door when unlocked.
