The last I looked into it, Oakley will take your prescription and cut a pair of lenses for any of their glasses, including discontinued x-metals. @Ry.1982 had a pair cut for some Romeos (if I remember correctly) a few years ago. OakleySI offered it too if I remember correctly, so being military you can get a better deal.
