I fully disclosed all pictures he asked for before selling, and i wanted him to be sure he knew exactly what he was getting, that being said the watch was in working condition when it left my hands so i cant say much more on that side of things, I fully made it right with him and refunded all the money. Im sure he was frustrated at the moment but it wasnt fair to have my name slandered on here as i would never do that to someone else. And anyone that knows paypal knows that they will not release the money until the shipper shows its delivered and even then they hold it longer. Its not like his money was ever fully released to me! I made it right and that was the end of it!

So you played with words a bit. Besides the point of whether it was working or not when it got put in the shipping box....back to that in a minute.

"Only ever displayed" may have been true but none of the pics you posted in your sale thread showed a band and clasp beat to ****. So you deliberately didn't post pics of that. If you were buying a watch, wouldn't you want to know if the band/clasp looked like ****?

And since you deceived/lied by omission in your ad about the condition, now you want the benefit of the doubt that it was in good working order when you shipped? GTFOH.

Probably gonna have to create a new username soon since this one isn't worth **** anymore.

Wow I went back to the original thread and saw the updated pics .. holy guacamole… with that degree of damage and wear and tear def seems like OP was trying to not disclose condition

It’s equivalent to a transexual trying to pick up straight guys and not being honest bout their schlong status (if this offends anybody let me know and I’ll delete this statement lol )

And is it true that you tried to get the buyer to release the funds prior to him receiving the watch ?

Thought you said you were “slandered”. by the way, it would be libeled, not slandered and both only apply if the statement(s) is/are false.
