One of the arms on my pair of business is a bit loose. They are both loose when fully closed too. The glasses even “rattle” because of it, when they are in their microfibre bag.

My pair of pleasures are stiff both when fully opened and closed.

Anyone else found this, or is it just “one of those things”?!

@jamin jannard Not blaming the glasses here, lol... as i noticed with flatter glasses the O used smaller bags like for froggies etc. And I thought that was just a cost savings thing BUT the I now know why it's better to have snug bags on glasses.

I was holding my glasses in the bag and they slipped out, I even had the strings drawn.

I guess it's and excuse to try some other lenses!

We are still a garage operation! So, expect some kinks to be worked out. Happy to replace these for you if you’d like.

I am in UK, so not the easest to have these replaced, so don't worry. Very kind of you to offer.

I was wondering if maybe a "tap" on the retaining pin with a punch might make them a little tighter?
