Oakley display range price

Hello humans,

Someone not really far from where I am (France) is selling a display. It seems in pretty great condition and just need a big clean.

His description :

« Sale of a backlit Oakley display cabinet/display cabinet
To be picked up in person, no shipping possible.
There is a locked space underneath and 3 glass shelves.
2-3 spots of rust on the lower part but benign. Visible in the photos
Professional and collector's equipment »

His actual selling price is 300€ but he is okay to go lower. In your opinion what is a right price for that ?

If all the shelves are there (it looks as if they are) and you can get him down to 250, that would be a great deal!
