I'll test it with mine when it comes in. With as minimalist as the frame is, i can't see there being a massive difference, but we'll see.

Last time my package was held because of the drop ball test, a few days after it was released and delivered FEDEX sent me a tax bill

Weights. The original was fluctuating between 8 and 9 ounces. Sorry I dont have a gram scale.

A few differences in the hinge screw and temple tip along with the thickness of the earsock. Also the arms were wrapped in foam and the newer cloth like shipping sleeve.
