Nice subtle changes in the design and weight just a tad lighter, nice.

Yeah, the fact that "Prizm Ruby" is essentially the look of old school Fire is annoying. Just call it Prizm Fire and rethink ruby into a color more like road or field.

Tailend were designed by Andy Uhm, according to his bio he worked at Oakley from 2013 to 16

I think Peter Yee was there until 2018 if I remember correctly.
