That facility processes 40-45k packages an hour average 24/7. They just laid off a ton of logistics people in house earlier this month as they are transitioning to a 3rd party logistics provider. They don’t adopt software roll outs well. If they are backed up in the slightest as a result, add in combination of any other down time, that shipment will be sitting in the yard for potentially week(s) before it’s processed.I got a message from Haven this morning, they've reached out to FedEx to see what is going on. But still no movement.
