Yes can confirm, unsure if it is region specific or just might be direct through Oakley Brick and mortar stores, saw a pair on Facebook on a group page I am on, looks to only be Standard Prizm Sapphire not Polarized though.

Not yet. Sometimes things on smartshopper and in store are there before oakley.com.
