Hi all,

My first post.

My son bought some Oakley Bowls Pants on Vinted. He needs them for a Scouts trip. I’ve just looked at them and am unsure if they are genuine or fake. I wonder if you more knowledgeable people are able to help ascertain this. I have attached some photos.

My concerns are the zips are made by a company called Max, not YKK as I sort of would expect. And the ankle closure is a popper, not Velcro - certainly the current iteration on the Oakley website is Velcro. Also the zip grab tabs are cord not tabs as shown on Oakley’s website.

If they are genuine then fantastic, but if they are fake, I need to report them to Vinted and get his money back.

They were bought as only worn once and came with no tags. They do seem to be in great condition. The label says made in Vietnam.

I'd say, judging by the quality of the material and manufacturing, it's genuine. Tried the QR Code with no luck?

We both tried the QR code and gave a series of numbers that our phones thought was possibly part a phone number. I’d expected to be take to a website.
