the microbag that says made in cambodia is the darker lens one

say what you want about the torpedo watches, I have a boyfriend who loooooves weird stuff especially Oakley. I got him a much prettier watch as well, an older one with the red software skull on the watch face.

So I suspect the yellow tinted watch on the top of the first photo and right on the last photo. The photos of the pack are of the suspected fake, and the up close is of the “fake”
I rushed these photos before work because the package had just arrived as I was leaving. I can take better photos if needed.

I bought the “fake” for a fraction of the price they usually go for.. and then I won a second one, the “real” one, for a good price by sniping an eBay auction.
The “fake” one looks like it’s been well worn, who knows maybe that one’s real and the other one is fake.

I wish I took photos of both backs to compare but my camera wouldn’t focus and I was late for work! Should have taken them with me to inspect closer.

Anyways aliexpress has some torpedo reps.. hope I didn’t get got.
Edit: maybe I just bought a yellow one and an orange one? LOL
But it looks like the logo is indented on the underside of the band on one, and flat on the other. The little circle where the hands come out of on the watch face is also bigger on one than the other

This is the exact problem im dealing with right now. I can confidently confirm thats the one with the more yellowish one with the raised back text that is dirtier definitely is real. The one with the darker orange is a fake. The whole dial is flat and doesnt have raised hour marks on the dial. Also not sharp enough on the torpedo ends on the darker dial one. The biggest give away is the center dot on the glass, its suppose to have a rounded 3d look to it like the bright yellow colored. Not the flat circle on the darker. Hands are also too big on the fake and the small hand is off. And honestly the watch came out in 2001 so all that wrist dirt on the real one is a giveaway that its real. The fake has barely any wrist sweat in the holes for a 24 year old watch that has been used.
