A lot of Oakley stuff is now made in China. But I’m not an expert in anything Oakley, especially stuff like backpacks. Maybe @Nortika or @Walter Langkowski can help.

The fourth pic down of the Icon zipper fob looks fishy. It doesn't look like it has been formed correctly. It could of course be due too impact damage. But I'm not sure.
Wait for a true bag collector to chime in.
Edit: on closer inspection, it is probably just the lighting making things seem less accurate than thought.

Looks like an Icon pack, pretty sure its legit. I have a ton of bags but I don't have that one in particular to check in person what the zipper pulls etc all look like.

Unfortunately it’s not legit Oakley Icon, Oakley never made the pull tabs with the static O icons in the center on any of their bags, the top carry handle is also wrong, the O would be on the top in the middle, not on the side. And last but not least the clips are wrong.
